Home Resort is SSR, but may be used at any DVC resort based on availability as long as it is by 3/31/16. I cannot transfer these points because they were previously banked - my SIL had a miscarriage last year so we had to cancel our trip at the last minute.

I am requiring payment in full as soon as both parties have a signed rental agreement since we're so close to travel dates. I will accept PayPal if you want to pay with a credit card, but you'll be responsible for the 3% fee they charge. I'm glad to add DME and/or Dining Plan for you if needed and that would require full pre-payment. Your reservation will be available right away for viewing on My Disney Experience.

Please post preferred Resort, room type desired, and number of adults/children (and their ages) you will have in your traveling party so I can check availability for the correct party size right away. I made that mistake of not asking for that info up front last month so I didn't have much luck finding availability for anyone who inquired.

My oldest dates got moved for DCP. She will be checking in on January 18th. I am looking for a studio for 3 adults.

It would be January 17th-19th. SSR is fine if anything is available.

There is availability at OKW for all your dates for 26 points total. SSR has all dates available for 28 points . Just need to know how many adults and the ages of the kiddos. You can PM me full names, addresses, and kids' agaes if you'd like me to book for you!
