closed on resale ssr points are wrong

Has this happened to anyone we closed on SSR 160 point contract on 4/1 and I kept checking my dvc account and was excited today that the points were there but it shows 2009 150 banked out points (was suppose to be 160) 2010 allotment 160 available 150, and it says the same thing for 2011 and 2012. I had a points activity report run the day before closing it it said all 160 banked and current points were there. I am assuming this is a dvc error hopefully easily corrected since I want to book a ressie tomorrow?

Contact the title company or your reselling company to find out what happened. They should be the experts on this resale.

You are the 3rd or 4th person to report this recently. I believe that in all cases the points were corrected within a day or two. You could always call MS or have your resale agent contact DVC.

It happened to us recently. Indeed, after a couple of days it was all corrected by itself, so I'd hold tight for now.

Thanks I feel a lot better, it was just weird that it showed the correct allotment but the availability 10 points less every year. I had to pull closing docs out to make sure it really was 160 and not 150.

Resale was so painless and easy TSS and the closing company were great!

Transfer of points by Disney is done maually and in stages versus all at the same time. I'm sure the points will be there very shortly. If not, please be in touch with your associate at the resale company to gert the issue resolved asap.

Issue was resolved within 10 minutes after phone call to TSS. DVC had a typo but would not look into the issue for me told me I had to call resale agent, who then in turn called "his contact" at dvc and next time I looked it was done.

Now waiting for my guide to fix my add on from a 125 point contract to a 60 and 65 point contract. It was suppose to be done last Thursday I called twice this week he was suppose to call me back yesterday and still have heard nothing and old contract is still on my account. I have actually used banked points to book a ressie for early Dec because I was tired of waiting. I have not signed a thing and closing was suppose to be yesterday. I have no idea what is going on.
