It's now official. We are proud DVC owners of Disney HHI Resorts. It was nice to stay there last weekend. We cannot wait to go back. We also cannot wait to get more points.

Oh, oh-did someone double-sell points? We just got an Email this morning telling us that we're official owners at HHI also. How long did your contract take thru Disney's ROFR? Ours took a little more than 2 weeks.
Which villa did you stay in last weekend? Do you have any (even preliminary) plans on when you'll go back again? Did you get a chance to eat out anywhere?

Thanks everyone. We had a great experience with The Timeshare Store. We submitted on 11/19 and it passed ROFR on 11/25. We had to wait until 1/12 to close because we rented the points for our trip 1/8-1/10.

We stated in unit 27. Great location.

We don't have a date set for our next trip, but hope to go back to HHI before the year is out. We have a cruise set for 1/3/10 and thought we'd try to get a Disney resort for a couple of days after the cruise. We may end up at HHI instead.

I forgot to add...we had one meal at the Sea Shack and one meal at Tide Me Over. Both were very good. We did the campfire and my daughter did the unbirthday party. My son enjoyed the sand.

Firstly, congratulations on your purchase! I was glad to hear your positive feedback about The Timeshare Store, as I just faxed them the paperwork today to begin the process of selling my HHI points. Hopefully I will find a happy buyer like yourself!

Congratulations, our first DVC purchase was a HH resale from the Timeshare Store. We have never regretted buying there and it is DH, DS 12 favorite resort, along with many other family members that have joined us there. We don't get there nearly enough - we need more points!!
