Hello!

I have 0 points for rent . Point cost is $10.00 per point. All points are for Saratoga Springs but depending on the date I may be able to make a reservation for all DVC resorts.



For reservations: Give me the date, room size, and location you would like to book. If it is available 50% is due before reservations is made. I accept Paypal. A confirmation number will be given after the reservation is made. Once I receive paper reservation it will be mailed to you. The remaining 50% is due 90 days before your vacation starts. $10.00 per point . If final payment is not made within 90 days your reservation will be canceled and a refund will not be given. I will remind you of your payment due but will not search and wait for you to beyond the 90 day mark.

I am new to this so forgive me if this is a dumb question...are there black-out dates if you want to do somewhere other than saratoga springs?? I am looking for the end of November/beginning of December, FYI...

There are no black out dates but if you want a resort other than SSR you'll have to look for a person selling those points. Since we own at SSR we can book at any time, but if you want somewhere else we have to wait for the 7 month window to come open. So for example you want November I could book for you in April

I'm looking for 55 points at AKV September 20 check in, September 25 check out. I know it is still outside the 7 month window but it will be opening soon. If you still have points then or don't mind waiting a couple weeks to check availability or make the reservation, I'm very interested.

I am interested in doing a point transfer of 90 points. If you could let me know if you still have the points and whether or not you have used your transfer for the year.

One thing that we do have to be careful with on the transfer is the use year of the points since the reservation that I want to use the points for is in September.
