We have a confirmed reservation for the Villas of the Grand California available for Dec 30 - Jan 2 to enjoy ringing in the New Year. This is a studio villa unit which sleeps 4, and is reserved with our own personal August 2018 U/Y points. This reservation required 90 points which equates to $20/pp and paypal fees are in addition to this amount. We are experienced renters and use a contract to protect all parties.
