I have 108 points available at $12 per point (firm) for my home resort- Animal Kingdom Villas for reservations next June or July.

Payment:
1/2 of the amount due upon reservation confirmation and the 1/2 due in 30 days after the confirmation is sent. Payment via check or Paypal.

I'm happy to answer questions about DVC or Disney travel in general. I can help set up the Disney dining plan, if that interests you and Disney's Magical Express.

I have references from folks I've rented to and one that I've rented from.

If you are interested send me your dates and room choice. I'll check to see if it's available.

Hi Holly. Thanks so much for working with us! I was just looking over the points charts and a value studio for Aug 16 says 76 points. The standard views are 95. Did you check for a standard or value? Just getting it straight in my mind, LOL!

Yes, you are right. The point requirements go down of 16th. (good planning on your part) I was going by what the DVC system gave me for the week before since that is all that I can check now. So, yes, 76 points or $912. Sorry for the confusion.

Hi Holly! No problem, I was just making sure I was looking at that right! I'm calling my brother this afternoon to firm up plans! I'm rethinking the stategy we discussed to secure the value. Maybe we should grab it on the first day and reserve the whole week when we can!
