Hello! Ready to plan your trip? Food and Wine Festival? Halloween? Holidays? We are ready to help. We have ~ 500 points remaining with no restrictions or issues.

First time renting? Read the links up at the top of this board for insight. Not sure how many points needed? Use the calculator at https://www.dvcrequest.com/cost-calculator.asp.

Then I'll take your Boardwalk requests only for 7-11 months out. I can take other requests for < 7 months out but BWV requests still get priority Post to this thread with requests and I will PM you if they are available.

$13.50pp for 250+ point reservations (half payment due at booking, half 35 days prior to checkin)
$14pp for 100-249 points (half payment due at booking, half 35 days prior to checkin)
$15pp for 45-99 points (entire payment due at booking)
$16pp for 1-44 points (entire payment due at booking)

Our rental process is this: You send me your DATES, ROOM TYPE and VIEW. I check and try to find you a reservation. If it's available, I'll ask you to confirm that is what you're looking for. Then I reserve it (SUCCESS!) and only THEN do you send me any money. We take payment within 24h of booking and this is non-refundable. PayPal is great, you pay fees if using CC. I'll send you your electronic copy of the booking confirmation. I will help with DME and DDP requests of course once final payment (also non-refundable) is made, 35 or more days from your checkin. That's it!

Sorry Trackerbee, not great availability around that timeframe. Garden/Pool view is available from 11/12 onwards but nothing else.

Sure thing, happy to check around. Garden/Pool view is available from the 12th through the 22nd of November. Then after Thanksgiving it opens up again from the 26th through December 2nd, but that's not 8 nights for you. After that weekend, December is wide open until the 22nd. Sorry BW and Standard views are only open for onesie/twosie nights in there. LMK how we can help!

You are in luck! No standard view, but BLT has 2BR for your dates on Lake View (regular or lockoff) or Theme Park View. We'd love to help! BLT is our MK home away from home

Thank you for getting back to me so quickly. What is the difference between 'regular' and 'lockoff'? Can you let me know the number or points needed for the Lake View as I've only been looking at the standard view (from what I've read it's not really worth the premium?) We could move our dates slightly to the 9/5/17 through the 9/10/17 if the standard view might be available on those dates (although from memory it needed more points so might be better to stick with the Lake View). Thanks for your help!

EDIT - Just found the calculator again and see there is only one point difference between the standard view an lake view by changing the dates, so may as well go for the lake view. Is it 200 points for the lake view on the 9/3/17 to the 9/8/17? So $2700?

Brilliant thank you. I was just looking at the floor plans and definitely the 'regular' as we are a party of 4 adults and 2 kids (family of 4 plus 2 grandparents) so only need the one kitchen and no need for the internal lock. Is there any way of requesting a particular floor / room that you might know to be a good one in that category? (obviously with no guarantees you'll get it...) We'll want to get the DME and DDP as well.

If we're ready to go ahead, how do we proceed? I'm obviously a little bit nervous about it as I had planned to use one of the two main middlemen services and actually joined this forum to see which one people thought was the best to use, so any info you can let me know to assure me would be great. I don't think I can PM you yet as a newbie, but can you PM me?
