I can book any resort 7 months before checkin date, depending on availability, & can book SSR 11 months before checkin date. That means Thanksgiving & Christmas!

Please provide dates, type of room, & resort(s) desired for renting so that I can check availability. Second choices would be helpful.

I checked & BCV & BW only have weekend nights available in your date range. Also checked studios in case 2 studios would work, with same results. Other options are OKW & SSR with 2BR full availability or AKV Jambo House 2BR savannah view July 2-July 10, 8 nights

There are so few days available for BCV & BW that I doubt a waitlist would come through, but that is another possibility. If interested, let me know

OK. You might want to consider booking July 5th in a different resort & then having me waitlist that night in BLT, while still booking the rest of the available nights. Or paying cash for the one night in BLT & doing points for the rest. Just some other ideas since you're locked into your dates. If I can help let me know.

That doesn't sound like a bad alternative. Would you check to make sure that what is available is a 1 Bdrm Villa as I need Separate sleeping accommodations for my m/f young adult children. I am not interested in a studio. What would the cost be to pay for one night at the BLT and then and the cost of the points for the rest of the week of 7/5-7/12? Thanks.

Hi,

I checked BLT cash reservations for you. There is a 1 BR Lake View available July 5th. See his link https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/resorts/bay-lake-tower-at-contemporary/rates-rooms/room-only/ It's the same Lake View type that's available on points so they would probably not make you move. You or I could put in a request to link the reservations & they do try to be helpful. Of course, you would have to make the cash reservation yourself. Depending on cash cancellation terms & my points availability, I might be able to waitlist you for July 5 and then you could cancel cash. Would save you some money. My points for July 6-12 checkout is 260 points; July 5 on cash is $680.
