Yes but I can't book AKV until 7 months from your desired vacation date. Right now these points are available to book at VWL at the 11 month booking timeframe.

Yes dining plan can be arranged.

The trip I would be renting points for isn't until Dec 2014. Probably the 17-23th.

I am torn between staying at VWL or BLT to be near Magic Kingdom, and staying at AKL or OKW to keep down the cost. Are you willing to rent out only part of the points, or does it have to be the full 150?
