Now, I see your next two pictures. Is the construction just around the splash pad?

Yes .... Got here around 6:30am
It looks like the main pool area is pretty much done and all the fencing installed. The splash pad still need some work though. I will post more photos later.

We don't actually have our room yet ... We are staying CL so we're have access to the lounge areas. We heading over to the MK in a few minutes.

Hey everyone! After reading a few pages, I see that a lot of you are WL veterans and know quite a bit about the resort. To be honest, this resort wasn't really on my radar until I met my husband. I've been trying to do some research to ease my mind on this split second decision to upgrade to WL.

Any tips, secrets, and/or general knowledge I should know going into this vacation? I booked a woods view as that was the only thing available with the s/p/d discount. Also, I requested a king bed.

Should I do online check in? And if so, which floor do I choose?

Some current photos .... Looks like the pool deck has been cleaned up and CM's are starting to put some tables back and are getting ready to put pool furniture back too. There is currently a group of management types touring the pool area.

We always do online check it. That way they know what tme we are arriving. Our room is usually ready for us when we check in. The online check in makes resort check in go faster. It usually just takes a few minutes for them to check us in.

I don't like ground floor or 6th floor, but anything else is alright for me. The sixth floor has the dormer balconies which make the room darker and a little smaller.

Have they opened the beach up yet? I know that a narrow strip was kept open during construction but most of it was blocked off during construction.
