I need 39 BLT points to go with my 90 BLT points to get 8 nights in a standard studio, starting the Saturday before Thanksgiving, 2018. Do you still have 39 points left? I would prefer if they were transferred but, if they can't, I'll buy enough points for 3 nights and I would use my points for the other 5 nights. Thanks!

check in on the 4th and check out on the 6th (2 nights), there's availability for standard view studio (28 points), Lake view (34 points), and Theme park view (38 points).
If you really meant check in on the 4th and check out on the 7th (3 nights), there's availability for standard view studio (42 points), Lake view (51 points), and Theme park view (57 points).

I can accommodate any of these reservations.

Nothing in a studio beyond a night here and a night there. A one bedroom would be beyond 65 points for a 4 night stay, so I didn't check those.

Upon receipt of the filled out agreement, I will make the reservation requested and forward you the reservation number. If you fail to make payment within 24 hours following me sending you the reservation number, I will cancel the reservation.

Only 65 points. That means a long weekend in a studio at magic kingdom resorts, or 4 or 5 nights at most other WDW resorts if a standard view studio room is available. Able to book 7-11 months ahead at Bay Lake Tower (a 5 minute walk from the magic kingdom), or 7 months or less out at any resort.

$15 per point. You'll pay for the exact number of points you need via paypal. I will send you a simple rental agreement to complete.

Let me know your desired dates and resort. It would be helpful if you checked DVC points charts to figure out if 65 points are enough for you. I can't borrow, and I can't transfer, so these are all the points available.
