I have 818 BLT points available for rent for reservations beginning Feb 2018. 18 of these points are banked points from 2017 so I am seeking to rent these 18 points before doing a transfer. After these points are rented, I will do one transfer for up to the remaining points (250 points minimum for the transfer).

I accept payment through PayPal (3% PayPal fee applies but can be waived if paying via bank transfer). Full payment is due upon your receipt of the reservation confirmation.

What is the price per point? Do you use an agreement? Do you have references?

$15 per point plus 3% if using a credit card via PayPal. I am using an agreement. I have been a DVC member since 2009 and this is the first year I am not using my points. So this is my first rental and I do not have references.
