Thanks for interest but some of my contracts have same UY so only do transfers given limit of 1 per year.

Those were point costs for room not the points I have. Someone already took 234 of the Feb 19 UY. Feb 18 UY was already banked.

Already transferred in for 2018. Could only transfer the 2019 allocation which is 175. But you can’t borrow from those so not sure if they help given Dec UY
