Year Round Swap - This swap is a chance to basically get an entire year's worth of work done at once.
Mail Date: October 1
Due Date: October 8
1. Choose your Group
2. These kits will consist of 1 topper/title and 2 elements of your choice. See list for more details. Each item will need to be embellished a minimum of 2 different ways.
TOPPER - The size and orientation is up to you. Please do no make it over 8 inches. You may cut letters out to spell a title but make sure the letters are at least 1 1/4 inches and have a shadow matted behind each letter. If you choose to cut out a title, place letters in a separate baggie and let us know what they spell.
3. PM me with your DIS name, name, home address, email address, and phone numbers. Email and phone numbers will only be used to follow up if I have not heard from you.
4. Post your weekly status on the Progress thread - which will be posted after the slots are filled.
You must check in 2 weeks prior to the due date. If I have not heard from you by then I will send you a pm or an email.
I WILL ANGEL YOUR SPOT IF I DO NOT HEAR FROM YOU WITHIN TWO DAYS OF THE PM OR EMAIL.
5. Check the progress thread for your status - it will be updated with ship info and received info.
6. Packing Instructions - use a Ziploc for each person and put everything for that person into their bag. Please label each bag with your name so we know who made each element. Youll have 5 bags to enclose in the larger (gallon size) Ziploc bag for each group you are in - be sure to include your name, your DIS name and your group number. Include your return postage, please. I am glad to pick up priority packages . If you want delivery confirmation, don't forget to send in the extra money for that as well as a completed d/c slip.
Please dont send metered or click-it/ship-it postage some hostesses have had issues with these.
7. PM me if you have problems and need to drop out or if an emergency happens (we all know things happen beyond our control sometimes), let me know so we can make arrangements for an angel or other help if needed.
8. There will be 5 people per group. The total groups will depend on enthusiasm.
