Points must be used by Dec 1st 2016 and they can only be rented (Not Transferred)
Can rent any resort 7 months out. Home resort is Animal Kingdom so as long as stay does not exceed Dec 1st 2016 then I can book this resort right up until the end of Nov 2016.
Will only rent if ALL 90 points are used
$12/point for the first 90
$13/point for excess needed to complete the reservation (up to 20 points maximum)
