Hello! I have 800 BLT points for rent at $13.50 per point. I am not a broker. These are my own points. This is a great opportunity to take advantage of the BLT owner 11 month priority window. Keep in mind that as a general rule, the farther out you book, the better the availability, especially for peak times. Preference will be given to BLT reservations that use at least 200 points and are within the 7-11 month BLT priority booking window. If I end up with a small number of points at the end, I will open up to smaller reservation requests. I have rented out many times (and rented from other members before we bought our first DVC contract) and have been a very happy DVC owner for several years. I love to help families plan their perfect Disney vacations. Please feel free to PM me with the dates that you are looking for as well as accommodation size, view preference, and number of adults and children, and I will be happy to check availability for you. If you have any other questions, please feel free to PM me as well. I will walk you through the process and answer any questions that you may have about the different resorts, fastpass+, restaurants reservations, etc. I am responsive and reliable, and I take great care with each reservation to ensure that you are getting the best possible accommodations and experience for your family. I am with you every step of the way, from initial planning to final check out. I don't just make your reservation and then disappear. Planning a Disney vacation doesn't have to be stressful. Emilysmom, I am unable to PM. I may be interested. We are planning our trip in May 2015 from May 1st - May 9th. I wanted to stay at BLT in a standard studio, though, which would only be 142 points. This would be for me, my husband and our two daughters who will be ages 1 & 2.

My name is Kerry and I am planning a trip to WDW in September. My brother and I plan to take our families and my sister (and husband) is a maybe at this point. So we are at least 9 (4 adults and 5 kids) and perhaps 11 (2 more adults) so at the moment we are between a two and three bed villa. We plan to stay for a week, Saturday to Saturday preferred and are open to any week in September.

Would you mind checking availability at Animal Kingdom, Boardwalk Villas and Saratoga Springs in that order?

Looking at the point requirements for a 3 bedroom villa, it seems smarter to stick with a 2 bedroom villa and add on a studio or 1 bed if my sister decides to join us. So when checking out availability, please inquire about 2 bedroom villas only. As indicated previously, my order of preference is Animal Kingdom (Savannah view preferred), Boardwark, Saratoga.
