There are no studio rooms for this time but AK has the 1 bedroom standard view for 64pts. BLT is n/a for the 1 bedrrom standard view; BLT only had the MK view and Lake View available.

I just checked again and the following is available for a studio room:

BLT - Stand View - 38 pts; Lake View 42pts
AK - Stand View - 32 pts; Savanna View - 38pts.
