Hey Everyone! We have excess points that we will not be able to use due to not wanting to travel with a newborn. I can book 11 months out at Grand Floridian (and 7 months out at all others), but happy to hold the points if your vacation is currently outside the 11-month window (e.g., sometime after September 2024, I can secure your booking as it goes live).

500 191 points at Villas at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa (VGF) for rent - April 2024 Use Year (i.e., points valid for trips 1 April 2024 thru 31 March 2025). I can transfer one time up to 320 points (minimum 150 points to transfer).

I will need the following information:

Room Type/View
Check-in date
Check-out date
Number of adults
Number of children

I make the entire process pretty simple, I use a signed contract and request two installments (50% now after I send you a confirmed reservation in your name and 50% 6 months prior to check-in). Happy to schedule a Zoom call and discuss live and answer any questions as well.

Hello WDWPhanatic - Poly has studios available for your dates, the others do not. Poly isn’t my home resort so I would have to wait until October 11-15th to reserve for you.
