CLOSED - 400 DVC Points for Rent @ $12

[DVC Doctor]

400 SSR points (March and April 2014 use year) that I am renting for $12 per point.

I can book any DVC resort between now and the next 7 months.
I can book Saratoga Springs Resort (and the cool Treehouse Villas) between now and the next 11 months.

The points will expire at the end of February and March 2015.

If you are interested in a NEW Reservation then send me a PM (Private Message) with the following information:

1. Check-in date
2. Check-out date
3. Room type (studio, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, 3 bedroom)
4. Three top choices of locations

After I check availability, I will send you a PM or e-mail with the details and total price.

When you are ready to book, then I will need the following information:

1. Names of all guests and (ages + gender) of the children
2. Address, phone, and e-mail contact information
3. Do you want Magical Express (free airport pickup and drop-off), then I need flight info

Payment terms (I accept payments via PayPal)
25% deposit when you receive an email confirmation from Disney
75% final payment 60 days before check-in

For all stays at Aulani, the State of Hawai`i imposes a nightly transient accommodations tax based upon the number of Vacation Points required for the stay and the per Vacation Point Annual Dues for the calendar year of the stay. This tax must be paid by check-out. The amount of the tax will vary from year to year and is subject to change.

Studios = $5 per day (approx)

Sorry, I'm new to points renting and after re-reading this I don't think you can check those resorts yet.

I would love to help but I can not book those resorts until the 7 month booking window. If those resorts are important to you then you need to rent those points from a member that owns at those resorts as they can book at the 11 month booking window.

My points can only be used for travel in the next 7 months at any DVC resort that has availability.
