I am updating my original post. My GCV and BCV points are sold out but I have some AKV points available still at $11 a point for travel AFTER Sept 1, 2012. I am happy to make reservations for Thanksgiving, New Year or Spring 2013 (pre-reservation). I have made lots of ressies this week already so if I have not emailed you back or PM'd you back, please send me another message. Thanks for your patience!



Hello. I have over 500 points for rent which do not have any expirations or limitations. This is the perfect way to book a Christmas or New Year holiday for the family! My home resorts are Beach Club, Animal Kingdom and Villas at Grand Californian. I can book any other resort up to the end of August 2012 right now as well.

I am not a rental service but I have been on DISboards for many years and have over 1000 points. I rent the excess points that my family can't use each year. My fee is $11 a point and I do have a basic rental contract that is great for your records and mine.

Please feel free to PM me any time. Remember Spring Break 2012 availability is very limited so I would appreciate multiple resort choices or date flexibility if you would like that time.

Yep, I can help and it's good that you are booking now. The value studios are already sold out for those dates since it's New Year week. The regular studios are available for now. They are 110 points each. There are also savanna view studios available and you can see the animals from your room that way! Those are 136 points each studio.

I would recommend booking them right away since it's exactly 11 months out and they go the fastest and you need 3 of them!

It would be about 330 points total for the regular studio. Let me know if you'd like to do this because I'd want to call Member Svcs right away (the booking website is down still). PM me if you'd like to proceed! Please put in your dates and room type/location again so I don't forget.

I am confused by your numbers for the studio. I am hoping for 3 studio rooms for one night (12/29/12). That would be 23 points per room at the Standard rate and a total of 69 points. If this is available, I would love to get it right now. If it is not available, would you check on a 2 bedroom at the value rate (51 points)
