Hello,

We have points available for rent. These points are available for use at all resorts (no restrictions at 7 months) and at SSR and VWL/BR (11 months). SSR points are August 2024 use year points. VWL points are March 2024 use year points. The points may be banked and we are willing to borrow to complete reservations.

These points are not available for transfer. Price per point is not negotiable.

We are very experienced DVC members. We use a contract and have rented points in the past.

You can't rent points for All Stars or Art Of Animation. They aren't DVC resorts.

Animal Kingdom has no availability for your dates, but there is partial availability (9/23-26) in a one or two bedroom. All Star Movies and Art of Animation are not DVC resorts.

The only DVC rooms available for your entire date range are 2 bedroom or treehouse villas at Saratoga Springs. These rooms are probably too big for just two people.

They can, but it is not usually a good use of points. It doesn’t give you as good of a deal. For example, a night at an All Star resort during your nights in September would cost 14-16 points per night, $266-$304 per night, plus a $95 transaction fee. It usually doesn’t make sense to do it.

These resorts are not DVC resorts. Although you can use points for them, these reservations are done through the Disney Collection. It is not a good use of points.
