CLOSED 170 Points for Rent: $12 -$13/point. June 2016 - May 2017 Use Year

Hi,

I have 170 points available to rent with a use year starting June 1st, 2016, my home resort is Saratoga Springs and can rent that out for an 11 month window and all other resorts for a 7 month window. Its been a few years but I have successfully rented before and can provide references.

$13 per point with 50% due at time of Disney reservation confirmation and the remaining 50% due 30 days later. If you want to take all 170 points and pay full at time of reservation I will make it $12 a point.

Please let me know the resort, exact dates and room type. When I make the reservation I will need the exact names of all guests and whether they are Adult or Child (age is needed for child).

Hi joe! We are looking for 4 nights, December 5-9 for 2 adults and 1 toddler. Our top choices are beach club, bay lake and boardwalk but will consider others based on availability. We would need a studio room. Thank you
