CLOSED! 161 points for Rent @ $15/pt (WDW HERE I COME!)

I have 161 pts to rent (originally I had 194 but I just rented some so I edited this thread). Points must be used by November 30, 2018. The cost is $15USD/point. My points are for AK (good for 11 months out) or any other DVC property (good for 7 months out). I want to rent all 161 points at once. If someone is looking to rent less than 161 points then the rental rate will be $17USD/point. If a few extra points are required (beyond 161 points) then I am willing to rent some extra points at $15USD/point

The only property with studio availability from Nov 25 - Dec 1 is Saratoga (76 pts for a standard and 93pts for a preferred). AKL Kidani has avail from Nov 25th - Nov 30th in a Savanna view but the night of Nov 30th is not currently available. All of the other studios only have availability for 4 consecutive nights or less. BWV only has 2 consecutive nights and BCV only has 1 consecutive night.

Yes there is availability at OKW in a one bedroom villa (near hospitality house) for 24 pts. It sleeps up to 5. Since this is below the 194 point that I am hoping to rent (in one shot) then I am willing to rent for $16USD/pt.

Great- can you see if Grand Floridian has a one night availability for the above date?- Long shot but on my bucket list haha

There is nothing at the Grand Floridian. OKW is your best bet for 5 guests. There is availability at Saratoga and Wilderness Lodge Boulder Ridge but they only accommodate 4 guest

Nothing at Beach Club
No. The closest is a 1 bedroom Standard View at Boardwalk Villas for 3 nights from May 31st - June 3rd. There is nothing available there from the 3rd - 4th at Boardwalk. Then there is availability from the 4th-5th in both poolview/gardenview and a boardwalk view.
Saratoga is the only resort with full availability over the entire time period

SSR and OKW are the only resorts with Studios available on June 15th
