Nothing available for your time frame exactly, but here's what's closest:

BWV, Garden/Pool View - 9th to 12th, 15th to 19th
AKV Jambo House Savanna View - 15th to 18th
AKV Kidani Village - Standard View 10th to 13th, 15th to 17th

Saratogo Springs is the only resort fully available in your timeframe. A Preferred Room checking in on the 12th and out on the 16th would be 66 points.
