129 points total@ $12/point. These are 104 OKW and 25 SSR points and can be used at any DVC resort. Points are good for use through March 31, 2014.

I have rented in the past and will provide excellent references upon request.

I'm happy to help you with your vacation including booking Magical Express (free), and Disney Dining (not free) which requires a 3 way call.

Thank you for not asking me to check on availability if others have already checked and found no availability.

The price is not negotiable.

I will need to know your dates, resort, room type to check availability. For a confirmed reservation I will need to know the names of all in the party, address and phone, ages of children and if there is a special event such as a birthday.

50% non-refundable deposit due at the time you receive electronic confirmation from Disney (within 1-2 days of Res.). Balance due 60 days prior to arrival.

After a very nice PM from J, I have learned that I will not be transferring points. These are only for rent as I want to use my banked points from last year. I love to bank points and want to keep what I have this year to bank again. I am a hoarder of points I can keep to banks.

I'm looking for 6 nights at the animal kingdom villas studio savannah view (2 adults 2 children) Weds Oct 16- Tues Oct 22. Would be 96 points. OR same accomodations for wilderness lodge studio at 90 points.

I am really new to this, so I might have a couple of questions. I am looking to stay at AKL / AKV in a value studio from Nov.23-Nov.30 (I believe this requires 80 points.) I don't want to ask you to check availability, but I don't know how. Could you help? I really want to rent the points. If there is a way non-members can check availability, that would be great to know!
