I have 123 SSR points that can be used for rent or transfer. All are in our June 2012 use year. I can make reservations at SSR requesting up-to-7-night reservations starting on or before: Jun. 22, 2012 & All Disney Vacation Club Resorts with an arrival date on or before Feb. 22, 2012.
Ideally, I am looking for $10.50 per point. With larger reservations, I can give a discount. I have rented many times before on this board and can provide references. I offer a more personal service than most as I have gone above and beyond for many of my past guests. One couple had a last minute problem with their travel because of a airport weather delay so I went, called DVC, actually put my name on the reservation and then proceeded to drive down to the AKL (I live in Orlando) and check in so their room was ready when they arrived the next morning.
Another example is someone booked a week long vacation with my points and then had to move it (outside of the 30 day holding points issue) by a year. I held their point rental for an entire year until they decided to rebook. I am EXTREMELY trustworthy.
I do accept paypal and I do NOT charge you extra fees from what they charge me. Heres's what I need from you:
1.The dates of travel and 3 possible DVC resorts you would like to stay in order of preference.
2. The names on the reservation including the kids (with their ages).
3. Your contact info including mailing address and contact phone numbers.
4. If you want the dining plan and if so, what level.
When I call DVC and make a reservation, I will put it completely in your name. I will then send you a screenshot via email of the reservation sitting in my account. At that time, I will invoice you via paypal for the entire point rental. After payment is received and DVC sends me the "official" paperwork confirmation, I will email it to you and send a PHYSICAL copy to your home. I give ALL of my contact info including home address and cell phone number.
2 weeks before you checkin, I will send you the link for online checkin. If you have any questions, I am available. I like repeat renters so I strive to do things very professionally (although I am not a travel agent and this is not a business.)
