Boulder Ridge Villas is my home resort. I can't book outside of my home resort or check availability until the nine-month window opens.

Your best option would be to find someone with points at OKW.

No, only DVC members can check availability for DVC. You can call the resort to check on availability for reservations but be prepared to pay the resort price for it.
