We're experienced DVC owners since 1997 and use a simple rental
agreement suggested on this forum. References are available, upon request.

TERMS
Please note that once your reservation is confirmed payment is due. We ask for a small up-front good faith deposit ($50-100) and book reservation which is FULLY REFUNDABLE if the dates are no longer available when we contact DVC.

Should a legitimate hardship arise before check-in, we will assist you in renting your reservation however there are no refunds. All transactions are final.

We accept and prefer PayPal (+3% PP surcharge for "Goods & Services"; no surcharge for "Friends & Family" transfers)
