I have 500 pts available for reservations

Can reserve at SSR 11 months out.Can rent all the other resorts at 7 months.
I also have 90 points at BCV I can rent at 11 months.

Terms of Rental-

$11 per point
25% down payment due after you receive the reservation confirmation.
remaining 75% is due 45-days before the reservation start date or the deposit will be forfeited and the reservation will be canceled.

Where are the treehouses in relation to the main resort?

I haven't stayed in the tree houses yet.I have a reservation in June. But I have been told it is about a 10 min walk to the main resort and of course you can use all of SSR facilities. There are only 60 and they are hard to book so you really need the 11 month advantage.
