Close Out Dates??? Swan/Dolphin

I was just reading about the Swan/Dolphin and it mentioned something about "Close Out Dates"... what are these????. Is the Resorts is booked??.. If any one knows please let me know. And are all of the renovations done at the Dolphin yet???, any new pictures of the rooms(standard-club level- beach,ect...)... Have a great day.
