Close home rentals

I'm hoping I can get some information about which developments with rental homes are the closest to Disney. For the ones that have community pools, are they open (and heated we are going in March 2013) year round? Thanks!

The community pools at Emerald Island, Windsor Hills and Windsor Palms are heated all year. The rest of the communities with pool homes in that area don't have a community pool. This area is closest to Disney. I should qualify this statement by saying that they're heated in the cold months but I've never been in the summer so I don't know if they need to be heated then.

we rented this house it was VERY close it has its own pool. you can get pool heat if you like(remember seeing that we didnt need it when we went down) we loved this house so much we just booked it again for aug
