A wallaby darned is a drink they serve at Outback Steakhouse. It's frozen, with peach nectar, peach schnapps, vodka and a couple of other things. 'down under' means they float a shot of chambord (raspberry liqueur) on top. Positively yummy.

I waited tables at one for a while-and we'd eat there about once a week because of my discount. It'd be my splurge drink!
