clogged ear... any remedy?

I have had a lot of inner ear infections which is fluid in the ear and it cannot be seen by the normal ear scopes. One of the main ways to diagnose it is vertigo.
Strong decogestants, prescribed, are vthe only way to get rid of it..I've been on a decogestant two times daily for months to help with the vertigo.
