clipart - again

I have succeeded in including a piece of clipart under my signature - I notice that many users have a small picture on the left hand side of their post, underneath their name - where it says whether they are a welcolmed guest or a DIS veteran - how is this done - cant work it out.

It is called an "avatar". At the top of this page, click on user cp then select Edit Options. Down at the very bottom of the page you will see Avatar on the left and a "Change Avatar" button on the right. Below Avatar is a link to more info about them.
