Climate controlled counter service at MK

In Dec we are going to MVMCP and will want to do counter service for dinner (we will be there 2 other times to do PS meals). We love Casey's, but I think all the seating is outdoors. In case it's too chilly, which counter services are climate controlled?

Also, is the Flame Tree at AK all outdoor seating?

Cosmic Rays in Tomorrowland at the MK has indoor seating.

Columbia Harbor House and Pinnochio's Village Haus are all inside. Pecos Bills is indoor, but it has an opening to the outside area that connects with El Pirata Y el Perico (which probably isn't even open in December since it is seasonal), but I think Pecos Bills would be okay in December since it is basically all inside.

Flame Tree is all outdoor seating with roofs as far as I can remember.
