They usually offer both shots and blocks, though if you are a 16 minute runner, blocks may be in short supply. Most all flavors are out there.
I think that they learned a lesson from the 06 weekend where they only offered they brand new and not yet released Apple flavor. It was NASTY. I see it is also no longer a member of the family.
As Charles said, almost all the flavors are offered. That said, if there's a particular one that you really like or really don't like, it's a good idea to bring your own with you. I made the mistake in my very first half of counting on the Clif station to have the flavor I wanted, but by the time I got there, the only one they had left was double chocolate with caffeine. I don't normally drink coffee, so I had quite the case of the shakes for the last few miles of the race.
Since I always bring my own, I use the ones Clif hands out during the race as back-up or extras for people who need them. There is never a shortage of people at mile 22 who really need a boost from a Clif Shot but don't have any of their own.
Just wanted to second that notion to bring your own if you're a slow runner/jogger such as myself. I've yet to see the Bloks, so I bring my own for the Marathon. One year for a Half, all they had left was mocha or chocolate and... I don't even remember anymore. I needed something at the time and tried mocha/chocolate and was so disgusted! So now I'm particular about my flavors (as most runners are), so I just bring my own!
Oh, and in case you didn't read it in the program, it says the PowerAde flavor will be lemon lime. (I've seen the blue one a few times)

Oh man, I bought some powerbar gels at REI a month or so ago to try them out knowing that's what Disney has. Green apple was one of the ones I got (it's my favorite Jolly Rancher, how could it go wrong?) and thought I was being poisoned at mile 7 of our run. I haven't liked any other powerbar flavors I've tried but that green apple one was particularly rancid! So yeah, I'll be packing my own fuel next month.
