It depends where in Clermont you want to go. One way is to go out the main entrance to 192 and head west to 27 then head north. Another way to go is out the Western entrance to the 429 (toll) head north to Hwy 50 (busy) and head west to 27. Each way will be a 20-30 minute drive depending on traffic.

Okay, thanks. We will be staying out there in Clermont on our next trip and although the resort is "just" 6 miles away, I figured with traffic it would be about 30. This technicallly isn't a "disney" trip and in the week we are there we will only be on wdw property 3 days so the drive won't be so bad.

I live in Clermont, about 10 monutes from US rt 27. To get to Animal Kingdom, is 30ish minutes depending on traffic. I don't know which resort you're at, but it's probably on 192 & that cuts down the time considerably.
