Clearwater ---Tampa area?

Hi--The past 3 years we have done the Disney parks (staying both off and on-site). This year I want to either stay in Orlando at Marriott Horizons (My 2 dds are 3 + 6) and do some relaxing and Seaworld OR I want to go stay at the beach but in some sort of villa accomodations. I would be going in Feb. so I know the whether might be iffy (although I am from Maine so it doesn't matter too much) but cannot seem to find a good villa on the coast that might compare to something like Marriott Horizons. Does anyone have any suggestions? THANKS!
