Clear iD lanes in MCO

Are the clear id lanes worth it. Pros/cons? Sometimes the mco lines to get thru ecurity look crazy!

I don't think Clear is worth the cost, especially when compared to Pre or in addition to Pre. If you had other uses or were flying at least monthly it might be. Of the 10 times I've flown over the last two years, having Clear would have saved me maybe 10 minutes total. Really the only way it saves time is that it gets you past the ID checker, which usually isn't where I'm stuck waiting. If you got a free trial and don't have Pre, it might be worth it, but you have to go a facility to set up your account and verify information before you use it the first time.

We have Global Entry which automatically gives us Pre-check status. Living here in Central FL we fly out of MCO regularly (well, except for the last year+) and have always found the pre-check line to be good. Can't say having Clear would have saved us much more than 2-3 minutes at MCO security.

If you sign up for TripIt pro (worth every penny in my opinion) you get a trial for 3 to 6 months for Clear for free for up to 6 people I believe it is.

Just a suggestion, but I don't think clear is worth paying for.
