Clear Creak Subdivision - Good / Bad?

We are thinking of renting a Vacation Home in the Clear Creek Subdivision. Here is the link to the house www.mickeysmagical.com. This will be our first time renting a home. The price is very, very reasonable, the house looks great (completely Disney themed) and the owner has been very nice to work with. We are not going to WDW until Dec 2008 but I have seen that some vacation homes are starting to book for 2008.
Has anyone had any good/bad experiences with Clear Creek Subdivision?

Dec 2008 is kind of far out to be booking a rental home, but if you have your heart set on that home, nothing wrong with it either. We're already taking bookings for next March / April / June (actually they're already mostly booked up at this point), so definitely, the more popular places will book up first and early.

Can't say I've heard of Clear Creek though....I see it on the villa map, but no knowledge of it.

In general though, homes that are further out there in areas like 27 tend to be lower rates, as their location is further away from everything.
