cleaning house

ok Im deep cleaning the house today! It doesnt look that bad but it feels bad you know?

So this morning I made everyone strip their beds and washed EVRYTHING pillows, comforters everything!

The kitchen is cleaned and bleached the bathrooms are cleaned the carpets are vacummed and the laundry is folded ( except what is still going), my dresser is cleaned out and now Im TIRED! lol

Do you ever get into these moods where everything has to be scrubbed?

Oh yes! I am not a neat freak by any means... I like my house to feel lived in. I hate going to people's houses that look like model houses (where no one is living).. I do have a weekly cleaning schedule, but every now and then I seem to go nuts and clean everything!! Happy cleaning!

Yep, sure do, binny. And it is usually the opposite of nesting--when my kids are gone for the weekend or any length of time, I'll usually go on a cleaning mini-binge because, for once, I know it is going to stay clean for a few days!

I have a cleaning person come, but when I get mad...you know because the whole house is clean..and the madder I am, the faster I clean

I just got my hubby to agree to a cleaning lady. She's come twice so far & I LOVE LOVE LOVE her!

I am lazy at heart. My kids don't allow me to be my lazy-self too often, but when I have a minute, I prefer to sit down, rather than clean.

Now, re-organizing, I love!

i do that! One thing can be dusty and i go off and clean the entire house--i need to walk in my ds's rooms--maybe i will get the itch to clean--needs a good cleaning!!!

I am also deep cleaning today . I feel nasty from just dusting ewwww. I had to take a break , I cant wait for the summer to be over so our housekeeper can come back to work ( DS doesnt want her here when he is on summer break )

Oh I just love it when I have one of those days! There is nothing better than having everything spotless and smelling great!

When the humidity hits it makes me want to REALLY clean. Everything feels so awful then! And guess what? It is suppose to be really humid tomorrow.

Yep. But with a great deal of self control and a healthy dose of the internet, I find that I can usually overcome those moods.
