Clean baby spoons?

I'm trying to shine DD's (24) baby spoons to give to her. They are just alittle dull, I don't think silver. Although I do have her silver cup and it needs cleaning also. I'm looking for tricks to clean them using things I have at home.

Toothpaste cleans silver.

Barkeeper's friend is great for stainless.

Try using toothpaste put a little on it and then rub with a soft cloth wash it with cold water tell me if it works
