That is a good hint, but be aware that the current version of the WDW Guide for Guests with Cognitive Disabilities does not include that lust of attractions. One thing I would highly recommend when you're in the parks is to pull up the guide that WDW has for guests with cognitive disabilities (I access it at this link: https://wdpromedia.disney.go.com/me...bilities-services/wdw_cognitive_guide_rev.pdf) and keep it up on the web browser on your phone because on pages 22-38 it lists the run times for every attraction (not taking into account time spent waiting in line/attraction down time). When I'm feeling particularly claustrophobic, either in line or on an attraction, I can usually calm myself down by checking the attraction's run time; that way, I can think to myself, "well, there's only about 2 minutes left...anyone can survive anything for 2 minutes."
The list has been pulled out into a separate guide which you can find here:
https://wdpromedia.disney.go.com/me...ognitive-disabilities-services/wdw_matrix.pdf
Since it is a PDF file, you can download it to your smartphone like any other PDF file.
On an iPhone or iPad, it can be downloaded into iBooks by holding for a few seconds at the top of the document until "open in iBooks"'appears or you can choose another app to open it by using the icon with a box with an up arrow in the upper menu bar. That is especially nice because if you have an app that allows note taking on a PDF, you add your own notes.
