Another bad review from me.
I ordered a fubu sweatshirt for my teenage son last year. Classic Closeouts showed the sweatshirt on a male model. It was black.
When I got the sweatshirt the seam was coming out on the side and there was a big Fat Albert on the back. Nowhere in the description did it say that this was a Fat Albert sweatshirt. I ordered a large. They sent me a XXL.
Classic Closeouts wanted me to return my shirt at my own expense telling me they would refund my return shipping. Wrong.
Not only did Classic Closeouts not refund my shipping they gave me no refund at all for months.
It was a good 2 months until they even acknowledged my return. I used delivery confirmation and it was received 2 days after I mailed it.
I had to file with my credit card company to dispute the charge. It wasn't until that happened that Classic Closeouts started to contact me, then the guy who telephoned me was irate with me for contacting my credit card company. Heck, it had been over 2 months since I returned this wrong size, wrong product item.
Oh, and I got a LOT of phonecalls from Classic Closeouts trying to sell me "dining booklets", "savings clubs", etc. The very first phonecall was only minutes after I placed an order online.
Maybe this company got their act together, but I wouldn't touch that company with a ten foot pole.
