Clarion Resort w/ New Waterpark??

Just got a Travelzoo email with some great rates for this hotel. Also stated that this resort has been remodeled with the waterpark.

Looks pretty nice! Anybody have any scoop on this one??

Would love to hear from someone who's been there - even before the remodel as to what the hotel was like.
We have NICK booked for 4 nights before going on property but that's a $50-$75 cheaper.

Anybody have any thoughts on this?
What about the location? I'm thinking it's on the opposite side of old towne for some reason but maybe that's another property...

Read the tripadvisor reports! I had a room booked here and cancelled it after reading those! I guess it is in a bad area of town, next to a prison and some unfavorable crowds tend to hang out.
Also, many people are claiming ripped bathing suits and injuries on the slides.
It is also a 45 min drive to WDW apparently!
