Clarify when points need to be used by?

Member services is closed today or else I would call... I have a February use year. It says I have 97 points that expire at the end of our 2021 use year. Does this mean January 31st, 2021?

January 31, 2021 is the end of your 2020 UY.

I have a March UY, and I have a reservation that ends on February 28,2021, and those points were in the 2020 UY.

With a Fev UY, points will always expire at the end of January.

Since you are still in your 2020 UY, any points that are current expire January 31st, 2021.

If those 97 points show as part of your 2021 UY, then they expire January 31st, 2022...unless you bank them.

With a Feb Use Year, you can bank any 2021 points until the end of September into your 2022 use year. If you banked in 2020 points unto 2021, they cannot be banked again, so you would need to use them before Jan 31, 2022.

If you see one, keep quiet or else DVC will start charging more points for ghost view rooms.
