clarify one transfer rule please

I understand that you can only have 1 transfer (in or out) per year.

If I have 2 separate master contracts- (2 different use years) can they each get a transfer each year? I have heard it is per member- but if the contracts are completely separate does that make a dif?

Per master contract. For example, we have two master contracts, one with addons, the other a standalone. We transfer from the one master contract to the other to be able to use up the points. That uses one transfer in for the one master contract and one transfer out for the other master contract.
