clarify Liberty Tree Taven dinner for me?

I was under the impression that the only dinner LTT offered was the character dinner which is served family style, but on the DIS menu section, it lists dinner selections (appetizers, entrees, desserts) and their corresponding prices. Is it possible to order individual entrees and not participate in the Goofy character dinner? I appreciate your comments, truly!

I had dinner there in March and I believe the family style dinner was the only choice. Allearsnet does not list the options for dinner, only lunch:

The menu on wdwinfo does list a dinner menu, but I think it's out of date.

I love LTT and think it's a great place to eat!
