clarify for me please - sharing at 2 TS meals

We have reservations at Cali Grill and Jiko. I'm looking at the Cali grill menu, thinking there are appetizers we'd like, but I can't imagine eating BOTH appetizers, then using our dining plan to both get entrees. Is it possible for us to only use 2 TS for this meal (instead of 4 total) and buy appetizers in addition to our Dining Plan. If so, then I'm thinking about booking Jiko also.

We've shared meals at pretty much all the restaurants.
This shouldn't be a problem.
