You know, I've heard so much hype about the Five Guys burgers that we finally located one acouple weeks ago. I was alittle disappointed in the burgers but I know I'm in the minority. We actually like Steak 'n Shake burgers better.

I'd walk on my knees through the snow for a Steak 'N Shake burger, onion rings, and strawberry shake. Dang, now you've got me hungry, and lunch isn't for another 3 hours. And it won't be Steak 'N Shake.

I drive by Steak n Shake to get to Five Guys. They are within a block of each other. I think Steak n Shake was special when they were rare. Now, not so much. The Five Guys hotdogs are split and then grilled. I got mine with mustard, relish, and grilled onions. YUM!

I think the franchises outside the DC/Baltimore area don't have the same zip. I found certain locations on the DC area were better than others during the year plus I was there. IMHO
